Pre-Blast Survey Opt-In Deadline Extension
As it pertains to site development activity for the Shepherd Village senior co-housing development across from the Shepherdstown Daycare Center on E. German Street, pre-blast surveys will be conducted (upon request) for those homes located 500’ to 1,000’ (feet) of the site (See Map). Letters (from Panhandle Builders & Excavating, Inc.) were sent via U.S. Mail to all homeowners within the corporate limits of Shepherdstown which included a map of the site with 500’ & 1,000’ demarcation lines. If you own property within the 500’ to 1,000’ area, are within the corporate limits of Shepherdstown and wish to have a pre-blast survey conducted, contact Panhandle Builders & Excavating Inc. at (304) 274-1920 no later than Wednesday, May 31, 2017 to opt in.
