The water leak has been repaired. Until further notice, a boil water advisory is in effect for customers who experienced a loss of water service. Boil water for one minute prior to consuming or brushing teeth. If your water is cloudy, run the water until it clears. For further information, contact the Shepherdstown Water Plant at 304-876-2394. 5:03 p.m. Crews continue to work on repairing the water leak. Customers may lose water service. If this occurs, once service is reinstated, a boil water advisory will be in place until further notice. Boil water one minute prior to consuming or brushing teeth. The boil water advisory only applies to customers that lose water service. Updates will be provided as they are received.
