Jefferson County Commission – Shepherdstown Town Hall with Commissioners James Cook and Kelvin Upson

Commissioner Cook, the newly appointed County Commissioner from the Shepherdstown district, is hosting a town hall style meeting at the Shepherdstown Community Club on July 1 at 6:00 p.m. Those interested in attending will have the opportunity to address the Commissioners on a variety of County issues.
